Hired them for a 60-person house party. The BBQ station was fantastic, staff was professional and cleanup was done within 30 minutes. Will definitely book again! I was nervous about hosting such a large group at home, but Vaibhavam Caterers made it completely effortless. They arrived 3 hours early for setup and everything was perfectly staged before the first guest arrived. Incredible food and service at our reception dinner. The Rajasthani dal baati was authentic and the dessert spread was stunning. Everyone left happy and full! We specifically requested a full traditional Rajasthani theme and they delivered beyond all expectations. The dal baati churma was prepared in earthen pots exactly as it should be, the ker sangri sabji was perfectly seasoned, and the mawa kachori simply melted in the mouth. For the international section they added a live pasta counter and Mediterranean mezze spread. 500 guests served within a 2-hour window with zero confusion.
